I have chronic lower back pain, and this heat pod provides almost instant relief. It's easy to use – just microwave and apply. The heat lasts a good amount of time. I've bought two sets. Excellent.

The bundle comes with multiple sizes, which is great. The heating works well, but the covers are a little snug. I use them for my shoulders and they really help. Good value for the price.
