HoMedics ObusForme Female Back Belt

I bought this belt to help with my lower back pain during long workdays. It provides good support and the ventilated lumbar pad keeps me from getting too hot. It fits well under my clothes. I would have liked more adjustability, but it works okay.

I wear this when I go for walks and do errands. It really helps my posture and supports my lower back. The fit is comfortable and it doesn't slide around. I've noticed a big difference in my back pain. Definitely recommend.

The belt is okay, but I found the sizing a bit confusing. It fits, but it's not as snug as I hoped. The lumbar pad is comfortable, but the belt tends to roll up a bit when I sit. Not terrible, just not perfect.
