The adjustable layers are a nice idea. Once I found the right height, it was comfortable. Quality seems good.

After using this pillow for a week, my neck pain has significantly decreased. I love that I can customize the height. The memory foam is supportive yet soft. Definitely worth the half-price deal.

It's very firm, even with the layers removed. My husband likes it, but I find it too hard. Not bad for the price, though.
